The service is professional and they care! I am a patient with long-term conditions. I need to follow up, have reviews, and receive treatment with different specialist doctors from time to time. My English is not so good. I really need the assistance of an interpreter. Some doctors would offer to book a telephone interpreter provided by government [services] with fee. But to be honest, since the interpreter was different every time, consequently many unprofessional situations occurred. I won't go into details here. Ever since I engaged Candice's interpreting service, I think she's really amazing. Even the specialist doctors spoke highly of her. She's very professional, very patient. Each time prior to my [doctor's] review, she would ask about my conditions and what questions I would like to ask my doctor, so that she could interpret better and more accurately. During the review, she would also carefully confirm the treatment plan with the doctor, and then deliver it to me accurately. To sum up, ever since I had her as my interpreter, I have really felt reassured, and I know my conditions and treatment updates better (the previous telephone interpreters from government have indeed brought me a fair bit unclear or incorrect information and there was nothing I could do about it).
